Kalkanviptransfer.com is a private ground transportation service platform operated by Selikya Travel.
Selikya Travel provides airport transfers and private transportation services to its customers.
All transfer services are provided directly by Selikya Travel or by drivers authorized by Selikya Travel.
Each reservation made through our website constitutes a direct service contract between the customer and Selikya Travel.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the reservation process is accurate and complete. The person making the reservation confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of all passengers included in the booking.
Your reservation becomes valid and confirmed once a confirmation email (voucher) is sent to your registered email address.
All reservations must be made online.
Pickup location, date, time, and passenger details must be entered accurately.
Selikya Travel cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Any distances, routes, or travel times shown on maps are estimates only and may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website represent the total transfer cost.
Additional requests (extra luggage, child seats, additional stops, etc.) may be subject to extra charges.
Payments are processed online via credit or debit cards.
Selikya Travel is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or card providers.
Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
No refunds will be issued in cases of delay or no-show.
Flight delays are monitored based on the flight number provided; however, excessive delays may result in the service being unavailable.
Standard luggage allowance depends on the selected vehicle type.
Oversized or special luggage (such as bicycles, golf bags, etc.) must be declared in advance.
Passengers or luggage exceeding the vehicle’s capacity may not be accepted.
Children are counted as passengers regardless of age.
Requests for child seats must be made during the reservation process.
The provision of child seats is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Passengers with disabilities or special requirements must inform us during the reservation process. Vehicle allocation is subject to availability.
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the transfer.
Any complaints after the transfer must be submitted within 3 days.
Selikya Travel shall not be held responsible for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events,
Issues resulting from passenger delays or incorrect information,
Lost or forgotten personal belongings.

Your personal data is protected in accordance with applicable laws and is used solely for the purpose of providing our services. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices.
